Despite Several Requests by numerous individuals including scholars, academics, and professionals the Palmer's Oak Report published in the Draft Environmental Impact Report was not released for public review and was not provided upon request by qualified individuals. To this date, no second party review of the environmental studies related to the Oak have been permitted by City Planning Staff
